Prices are per apartment for 2 people

• Every additional person € 12.00
• Final clean included

For reservations of less than 3 days we make an additional charge of €20. To confirm your reservation, we request that you pay a deposit of 2 day’s accommodation per week. The remainder can be paid upon your departure by bank transfer or in cash.

Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation 30 days or more before the beginning of your holiday, your deposit will be returned. If cancelled within 30 days of the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained.

Local tax

As of 1 January a local tax has been introduced in South Tyrol. It amounts to €0.85 per guest per night.

Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the charge.

Arrival

Your apartment will be available to move into from 2 pm.

Departure

Please vacate the apartment by 10 am.

We hope that you will understand that pets are not allowed in our newly-renovated apartment. For the health of our guests, our holiday apartment is a no-smoking zone. The holiday apartment’s balcony is available to smokers.
